These Terms of Use apply to the Rapid Shapes mobile application ("Game"), developed by Emre Akdas ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the Game and any activity associated with your account.

Fair Play and Anti-Cheat

To ensure a fair experience for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Score manipulation or exploitation of game mechanics
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Reverse engineering or abuse of APIs or backend services
• Any attempt to gain unfair advantage

The Service Provider reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove suspicious scores or activity at any time without prior notice.

Accounts involved in suspicious or abusive behavior may be suspended or permanently deleted.

Leaderboard rankings are not guaranteed and may be adjusted or reset in cases of detected irregularities or technical issues.

Accounts and Data

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
• Offline gameplay data or scores may not always sync correctly

Advertisements

The Game displays advertisements provided by third-party services. Ads are non-personalized and are not based on individual user behavior or tracking.

• Watching rewarded ads is optional and voluntary

Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services (such as authentication providers and advertising networks). The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these services.

Service Availability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of leaderboard position.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Game are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
